Recommended for Retreats and Seminars

Multi-day classes based on your choice of one of Pat's books. Schedule up to six days for all skill levels. Class participants will begin work on their own full size quilts or wall-hangings. All of Pat's methods and techniques will be demonstrated as well as discussions of color, tools, templates, bias stems, binding and finishing. Each book, required for class, includes a complete supply list.

Suggestion: Many students prefer to wait until class to choose background fabrics. In that case, suggest they bring one yard of muslin, pellon or flannel to work on. If the seminar is to be held at or near a quilt shop or show, a "shopping field trip" for purchases (with Pat's assistance) can be included.

Tips for Guild Programs

Booking out-of-town speakers is expensive! I highly recommend that you "share" Pat with another guild or local shop. In fact, she prefers it! Pat's motto: "Plan once, pack once, travel once!"Note: Saturday night stay-over always lowers airfares.An important note when scheduling classes: The techniques taught in all of Pat's classes are the same, and are designed for all skill levels. Only the project and degree of difficulty will change.
